Narmadeshwar Shiva Ling is found in the Narmada River in India which flows in the states of Madhya Pradesh and this Linga is also called as “BanaLing”.

It is believed to be a manifestation of Lord Shiva and it helps the devotee in connecting with supreme Lord Shiva. It is also believed that where there is Narmadeshwar Shiva Ling, Lord Shiva himself reside there.

The formation of this Narmadeshwar Shiva Ling is very Unique. It is believed that the waves of the Narmada River hits the stones in the river and thus this Linga forms its oval shape. However this process takes thousands of years together and that is why it is so auspicious. One can even hear the water inside the Linga when shaken.

At Mangalam we prioritize customer satisfaction over anything and we believe that design is a core element and is a differentiating factor thus we have worked immensely to bring it to its current form. We have had a few factors which might sound fairly simple in nature, but we have developed them to another level to suffice the residential needs and enhance it even further.

Air and ventilation:  We at Mangalam believe that air and ventilation are one the most Important factors that come into play and hence we have worked immensely on it .After thorough research we decided to take the concept of 8 and place our buildings accordingly. This is based on ancient Indian architectural concept which is advised for better movement of air. Placing the towers in such a manner helped us get an uninterrupted flow of air throughout the project so much that one can experience air in any corner of projects including lower basement.

Light: light is yet another important factor and is the one that sets the tone and the mood of any household. Keeping this is in mind, both towers placed diagonally so that entry of light is not blocked in any of the flat or is not limited at any flat. Adding to this the layout has been designed in a petal shape, giving every flat its own corner, where ample lights flows into each of the apartments. The central lobby also kept in a diamond shape, where both light and air enters from all the four sides and lights up the entire place at any given point of the day. For the podium, the ducts have been designed and placed in such way that air and light ventilation flows from upper and lower basement, where electricity consumption will be minimized to use in day time.

Water: As we all know Water scarcity is the biggest challenge which the city of Bengaluru might face in the forthcoming days. It gives us great pride and happiness that at Mangalam ecstasy we have addressed in very well planned manner using the ,”4R model” which stand for Reduce Reuse Recycle and Recharge.

• The main consumption of the water in day to day use is toilet flush: for which we are using treated water with separate grey lines connected only to the flush tanks. 
• The rain water is one of the purest farm available, we are collecting separately from both towers terraces in a separate pipeline, which is stored in a sump exceeding capacity of more than 1 lakh liters which will be treated and made potable and pumped into main stream of water.
• we are reducing the consumption of fresh underground water by reusing and recycling the water and minimizing waste of water through maintenance activities by using enhanced tools for them and also reducing the points that let the water directly to thedrain.
• The entire surface water is collected in a separate drains which will then  be transferred to percolation pits on every 30 feet, further  excess water will be stored in a 2 lakhs ltrs  capacity sumps around the project in which around 1000ft bore well is been dug for banking the water and slow percolation into mother earth. So that not even a single drop of water will go to drain.

Flora and Fauna: At Mangalam one experiences 83% open space because of having only 2 towers in the entire project. This gives enormous space for vegetation, the whole projects is filled with lush greenery, more than 300 trees rebuilds the flora and fauna of entire vicinity.

Last but not least the temples at the entrance creates an aura of purity for the entire vicinity where one can feel the inner peace.

Sky Bridge

A Bridge is a structure that connects pointA to point B. But at Mangalam Ecstasy it’s not the same!! Here we havebeautifully and smartly designed structure thatconnects our tower 1,tower 2 and our club Nirvana atthe same time!! This not only adds to the convenience but also gives a bold appeal of world class space utilization. It’s centralized with a tri junction where there is a large seating so much that itcan accommodate a good 20 number of people.It’s at anelevation of a staggering 30 ft. This structure is buffed up with greenery around its body giving it a very different look. When lit up it will create a great aura in the area around the three buildings. This will be treat for photo freaks and book worms as they can feel the environment and utilize the silence for their respective jobs.Keeping in mind the privacy for the residents, visiting the clubhouse will be restricted for all outsiders as they will need to use the resident card in any of the three points to enter the sky bridge, thus making it fully secure and accessible to the solely residents.

Central courtyard

A courtyard or court is a circumscribed area, which is often surrounded by a building or complex, which is open to the sky. Courtyards are common elements in both Western and Eastern building patterns and have been used by both ancient and contemporary architects as a typical and traditional building feature.

At Mangalam Ecstasy we have created something which would be rare and hard to find in the city of Bengaluru. We have created a marvelous central courtyard in the area between the two towers just below the sky walk we have added beautiful hexagon shaped pattern to give it a more aesthetic appeal adding to it we have a lot of greenery surrounding it which gives us gives us more openness and enhances the breathing space. This very spacious and aesthetic courtyard gives the residents another reason to cheer for as they can use it for many of their outdoor functions and gatherings.

What is an Amphitheatre?

An Amphitheatre or Amphitheater is an open-air venue used for entertainment, performances, and sports. The term derives from the ancient Greek (amphitheatron), from (amphi), meaning "on both sides" or "around"and (théātron), meaning "place for viewing".

Ancient Roman Amphitheaters were oval or circular in plan, with seating tiers that surrounded the central performance area, like a modern open-air stadium. In contrast both ancient Greek and ancient Roman theatres were built in a semicircle, with tiered seating rising on one side of the performance area. In modern usage, an "Amphitheatre" may consist of theatre-style stages with spectator seating on only one side, theatres in the round, and stadia. Natural formations of similar shape are sometimes known as natural Amphitheaters.

At Mangalam ecstasy we have a 50 seating theater which will again be semi-circle in shape surrounded with lush greenery around it and a platform to perform the events.

Apart from these Amphitheaters have a natural acoustic aura that enhances the experience. One can easily feel the sense of openness and silence when he/she sits in the open air Amphitheatre, the icing on the cake here is that its surrounded with greenery all around and there is the least possible disturbances from externalities such as roads vehicles, this is due to the apt location of the project and the placement of the Amphitheatre. The architects have brainstormed and has resulted in current beautiful form as you see. It adds to our concept of giving you the best we can with the space we have and make you feel the sense of openness that we have promised.
